REDS boss Simon Davey gave his thoughts ahead of the trip to Watford.

Simon said: "It is all about the league and always really has been. We have six games to go and every one of them has something on it. We have six cup finals coming up and we have to get the points we need. That starts at Watford tomorrow.

"This is a great bunch of lads and they can take a lot of belief from their cup run. There are not many people who have a cup semi final at Wembley on their CVs so they have to take the positives and be determined to get back there. Of course we are all very disappointed but it was a fantastic achievement to get to Wembley. We now have six massive games to come and my team can look themselves in the mirror and know they did this club proud.

"We have six games remaining and we know what we have to do. We have to make our games in hand count and make sure we stay in the Championship. I believe in this group of players and I believe they will do it. People need to get behind this team now and make sure we stay in this division.

"We have a better group of players than last season, we are a better team and we are closer as a unit. We will pull through in the end.

"Daniel Nardiello, Brian Howard and Martin Devaney are all out of Wednesday night and that means that we have to chance it round".
