REDS boss Mark Robins gave his thoughts ahead of the clash with Crystal Palace.
Mark told Barnsley Player: "We have a couple of niggles and we will know more about a few of them tomorrow. We are hopeful that we will have one or two back in the squad for Saturday. Stephen Foster has concussion following the midweek game and he has been told to rest for seven days. Those are the guidelines and we cannot do anything about that so we will have to reshuffle a little.
"The season is less than a week old and we have lost two matches, albeit disappointingly, but it is important that we do not overreact. We need the players to show courage in passing the ball forwards and be an attacking threat.
"This system is something different for the players and we have a lot of new faces to gel together at the same time. There are new players and a new system and we are looking to get those into the right positions to get the best out of them on the field. We want to play decent football and keep possession.
"I am not stupid though and I know that we need results and need to win matches. We are looking for the right formula that will allow us to play attractive football and win games. We know that we have to battle, to compete, to win the ball in the air and - firstly - earn the right to play our football.
"It has been an interesting week with eight or nine Championship clubs going out of the Carling Cup to lower league opposition. For us we are looking play the game in a way that I like watching and - if we cannot go forward - we have to make sure we keep possession of the ball.
"It can be frustrating. Everybody in this country is used to watching teams get the ball forward quickly and get people in the box. Things have to change. I know what I want - I want to play the game in an entertaining way while winning matches. We still have a few people trying to get up to speed but they need matches to do that.
"It is no secret that I am looking to strengthen but it is proving easier said than done. There is nothing at the moment but I have been given permission to do something should the right ones come along. I have to thank Patrick Cryne for that.
"Crystal Palace come here with a new manager. George Burley is very experienced and I am looking forward to going up against him for the first time. He likes the game to be played in the right way and Palace will try to pass the ball. They have some good players. I know Alan Lee well from my time at Rotherham; Darren Ambrose is still there and has scored already this season and Julian Speroni is one of the best keeper's in the division. They have options and it should be a decent game".

"We have been match sponsors numerous times and have thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality that Barnsley Football Club offer. We would have no hesitation in recommending businesses to take advantage of a sponsorship package this season. Since getting involved with Barnsley FC the awareness of our business has risen significantly."
