HEART-BREAK FOR HALLFREDSSON

Posted on: Tue 06 Apr 2010

ICELANDIC international Emil Hallfredsson will not play again for the Reds this season after breaking his foot at Bramall Lane.

The midfielder suffered the fracture late in the first half against Sheffield United and was forced out of the action just after the interval. He will miss the rest of the Coca Cola Championship campaign.

Reds boss Mark Robins said: "Emil has broken his fifth metatarsal and that is his season over. He will not feature for the team again this campaign".
