REDS boss Mark Robins gave his thoughts following today's disappointing result at Ipswich Town.

Mark said: "It is disappointing because we have beaten ourselves here today. We have just shot ourselves in the foot again and we seem to do that every time we get into a decent position in the league table and that has to stop.

"We threw it away and that cannot continue. We had a few half chances in the second half but it was all played in front of Ipswich. We have to go back to the drawing board and raise our game against Bristol City on Tuesday.

"We have beaten ourselves. The goal was just a comedy of errors really and we were very disappointed with the first half performance. At least we gave it a go in the second.

"We have thrown it away and just given them a goal".
