HELP FOR HEROES CHALLENGES

Do your bit…

H4H challenges are some of the most inspirational and life-affirming experiences you will ever have the chance to undertake. They offer a chance to see breathtaking beauty and remarkable cultural diversity, while raising an incredible amount for our wounded heroes. Intense training and dedication have life changing rewards; imagine the stunning views when you reach the highest point in Africa at Mount Kilimanjaro, or the sense of tranquillity in the Saharan desert, one of the most peaceful and vast places on Earth.

A Bridge Too Far Bike Ride
Help for Heroes are delighted to add a new cycle ride to our H4H challenges for 2010. This ride has been named 'A Bridge Too Far' and will start in Brussels, travel via the battle of Waterloo and then to Antwerp, before setting off from Eindhoven to our finish in Arnhem. Find out more.

The Kilimanjaro Trek
The Kilimanjaro trek is a very ambitious and inspiring H4H challenge. Travelling through all four seasons in one week, from humid rainforest to freezing summit, you will push your senses to the limit with outstanding rewards. Find out more.

The Sahara Trek
The Sahara Trek offers a rewarding challenge and a chance to clear your thoughts in one of the most peaceful places on Earth. The feeling of space and solitude in this vast landscape is awesome, completely cut off from Western civilisation and the stresses of everyday life. Find out more.

The Nepal Trek
Nepal is one of the most diverse and culturally rich places on Earth, stretching 500 miles east to west and 150 miles from north to south. It is one of the few countries in the world to have never been ruled by a foreign country, and was closed to foreigners until 1949. Our challenge takes us through mountainside villages and thick rhododendron forest up out of the tree line, where we will see the most awe-inspiring views of the great peaks and glaciers of the Himalayas. Find out more.
