BARNSLEY defender Darren Moore is looking for consistency during a busy month for the Reds.

Darren told Barnsley Player: "We have had a decent week really and long may that continue. I think it has been a good response to a sticky patch and we have put in some good, solid performances so the results have followed. It is all about continuing to do the right thinks and playing the percentages. If you can do that then you will get the right result more often than not. We have done that in the last few matches.

"Consistency in this league all comes down to the individual. You have to analyse your own game and what you have to achieve. If you can do that then you will help yourself, your team and your club. The players have performed and set themselves their own personal standards now. It is pointless to drop from those and you have to try to achieve that in every game or even better them.

"We can only take one game at a time and that is not being disrespectful to anyone. It is pointless looking further than the next match. We know that we have to focus only on Middlesbrough and approach it right. We know that we have to go up there and perform to our very best to get something from the match".
