REDS boss Mark Robins gave his thoughts ahead of the trip to Middlesbrough.
Mark told Barnsley Player: "We are not looking too bad after the weekend and we do not have too many problems. Bobby (Hassell) and Rob (Kozluk) are still out and we will be missing Ryan (Shotton) so we will have to reshuffle a little bit but we will try to keep that to a minimum.
"Losing Ryan is a blow as is being without Bobby and Rob but that is something we will have to cope with. We put on a decent performance on Saturday and to get all three points was terrific. We have given ourselves a good platform to build from. We have to make sure we get something from the game on Tuesday now.
"We are always looking for consistency and that is what will bring you success now. We know that we have to work hard in every game and earn the right to play.
"It is difficult to assess Middlesbrough at the moment because there have been so many changes. We looked at the side on Saturday but do not think it will be the same one tomorrow. They have a lot of options and a lot of experienced players. We can only think about what we are going to do and how we want to play.
"It is important to keep our good run of games and good recent record going. We have to maintain our focus. We know what we are up against and we are relishing the challenge.
"Our priority this season is trying to get the right result tomorrow night".
