REDS defender Darren Moore is looking for the side to build in 2010.

Darren told Barnsley Player: "We finished 2009 very strongly and we have to kick on from that and move forward now we are in the New Year. We have given ourselves a good platform and we have to drive on now. There are 14 or 15 weeks left and that will pass very quickly so we have to keep going and improve on what we have done.

"That is our challenge now.

"I think the whole focus has changed around this place and having supporters saying that we should be looking for a top ten finish is a massive turnaround. I have been in the game long enough to know that we will finish the season just where we deserve to be. I am not going to talk about a top ten finish at all because what happens if we go better than that?

"We are looking up not down. We are looking forward not back now and we have to make sure that we do not rest on our laurels and we push on. There is a lot of hard work in front of us to build on that platform".
