POST MATCH REACTION FROM LONDON ROAD

Posted on: Mon 02 Nov 2009

REDS boss Mark Robins gave his thoughts following today's fine win at London Road.

Mark said: "It was a professional performance and we scored two quality goals. We had to weather a storm and it was a very dubious penalty. We had a penalty not given as well and Stephen Foster has been very, very harshly booked although the referee had said he will look at that again.

"Peterborough put us under a lot of pressure at times and they do that well. We defended well, counted brightly and scored two very, very good goals.

"The lads all put in a real shift today. This is a tough place to come and it was a big, big three points".
