BURNLEY manager Owen Coyle will make a host of changes to his side at Oakwell tonight - but not the ten as against Hartlepool in the last round.

Coyle told www.burnleyfootballclub.com: "There will be changes against Barnsley to freshen it up a little bit and give one or two an opportunity. I don't think there will be as many as ten changes we had Hartlepool but we will make some changes within the line-up.

"Having said that, I believe the players who will come in are first-team players and are good enough to play in the Burnley first-team and it will be up them to prove us right. I want them to go and express themselves and show the reason why we brought them here.

"We recognise that all the players want to play so some are disappointed when they're not. Having said that, they show their professionalism and their quality on the training ground and tomorrow night will provide an opportunity for one or two who have not started the last few games to get in the starting line-up and show that quality".
