BARNSLEY Football Club are delighted to announce that defender Rob Kozluk has put pen-to-paper on a new deal keeping him at Oakwell until the summer of 2010.

An experienced Championship campaigner, Rob has been an integral part of the Reds side for the last two years after making the switch from local rivals Sheffield United.

Rob was offered a new deal to stay at Bramall Lane but turned this down in favour of a move to Oakwell and has not looked back, clocking up 68 first team appearances in two seasons with the Reds.

Barnsley manager Simon Davey told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk: "We are delighted that Rob has pledged his future to the Club today. He is an integral part of our team here at Oakwell and has been one of our most consistent performers for the last two seasons".
