You could enjoy watching your team presentations in the luxury of the Oakwell Legends Suite. This room comfortably holds up to 200 guests and guarantees exquisite views over Oakwell, air conditioning, sporting backdrops and state of the art sound system. Most importantly - the room hire is FREE of charge.

We can offer you a bespoke package to cater for your every need. For example you could choose to have two Barnsley FC players or Toby Tyke to present your awards. This will give that extra special touch to your presentations and no doubt make all the difference to your junior footballers to be presented their award by one of The Super Reds. To have two Barnsley FC players or Toby Tyke would only cost an additional £50 + vat.

If you really fancy giving the kids a night to remember we would definitely recommend having both the players and Toby Tyke as this would certainly guarantee a thoroughly enjoyable evening for every one of all ages. In addition to the excellent facilities we also provide the best quality catering for your evening with various menu options available for only £4.50+vat per person.

We can also provide you with a professional photographer for your evening who will take pictures of players with their trophies along with any special guests. The photographs would all be finished in a full colour print complete with mount for £5.00. Group photographs are also available and would consist of the team(s) along with the coaching staff and any special guests again finished in full colour with mount for £10.00.
