Barnsley winger Martin Devaney will not make this weekend's trip to Yeovil Town.

Martin has been struggling with a thigh problem for the last week and missed the double header against Buxton and Glossop. He will not be risked at Huish Park this Saturday.

Assistant Manager Ryan Kidd told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk: "Martin will not be rushed back just for this weekend's game. There is no point.

"He aggravated an old thigh injury in training but is now back running and should be fit to go back in with the squad in three or four days. We have nothing really to rush him for and he will still have a good three weeks pre-season training ahead of him".
