FOOTBALL legend John Motson has given his backing to our 'Stronger Together' campaign after seeing how a packed Oakwell can drive the Reds to success.
John was at Barnsley FC when the stadium was rammed to the roof for last season's FA Cup victory over Chelsea and saw the Barnsley public roar the side to victory against the Champions League finalists.
John told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk: "I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Barnsley earlier this season and experienced just what happens when a town gets right behind its football club.
"To see so many youngsters behind the team on that day was fantastic and it is great for football and great for the town that the Club have made football at Oakwell even more affordable for the supporters of tomorrow".
With adult prices starting at just £290.00 and free tickets for juveniles aged under eleven, the Reds have opened its doors to local families in a bid to bring Barnsley together.
