BARNSLEY 1

Wednesday October 31, 2007

BARNSLEY'S reserves suffered a Hallowe'em nightmare at The Northholme last night as Lincoln City picked up all the points.

The Imps were in front after just 15 minutes when Shane Clarke opened the scoring.

French winger Dany N'Guessman doubled the home side's advantage just after the break before Clarke bagged his second of the game on 54 minutes.

Barnsley did pull one back, through Rhys Meynell, on 77 minutes but the game was already beyond Kelham O'Hanlon's young side.
