BARNSLEY'S Academy side kick started their Shrewsbury International Tournament campaign with a stunning victory over Argentinean side River Plate on Tuesday afternoon.
Jacob White, Jamil Adams and Tom Mellor netted the Reds goals in a 3-1 success against the South Americans.
The Reds are back in action this afternoon against Treorchy Boys Club.
