Keith Hill on Doncaster match:
"Our players have not let anyone down today. We have just 14 fit outfield players, whereas Doncaster were able to make six changes from their last match.
"I thought our players were magnificent. We had to try and quell the energy from the opposition, but I think we did not make the right decisions at the right time. We had opportunities and got into the final third on a regular occurence, but too many end product passes were not correct.
"Every game is tough in this league, managing in the Championship is tough, never mind just having 14 fit outfield players. Today the difference was diecision making. I thought some of our play was excellent and the players were superb and didn't let anyone down. Did they have enough energy to endure two games in three days? Probably not.
"I don't think there have been too many disappointing performances today, just a disappointing result. The attitude and application was what everyone expects, but you are not going to win every game. I would have been happy to come through these two games with no points, but with 14 players and 2 goalkeepers intact going into the FA Cup nucleus.
"I think every one of our players needs a little freshness in their legs. The demands of the game are huge. During large parts of the game we created opportunities, opened doors, but the final pass let us down and another day we would have scored.
"The players we have used over the 25 games of the npower Championship have been absolutely superb and I cannot ask any more of them. The performance levels have been incredible.
"The game this Saturday is a big game. Not only is it the FA Cup, it is a money fixture as well which can add to the coffers. We are coming up against difficult side in Swansea but we need to come up a plan to get into the next round.
"We have looked at the Danny Haynes position and he is available for transfer. Financially and professional from a football perspective he is not in my plans. There has been plenty of interest in him, but as yet no offers."
