Barnsley's Under 18s hit eight past a 'USA Touring XI' on the Oakwell Academy Complex this afternoon.
Trialist Nana, Maris, Freeman (2), Ndlovu, Holgate (2) and Hancock all chipped in with six of the goals coming in the second half.
Lead Under 18s Coach Chris Howarth said, "Everything we've worked on, they've put into play today. You've got to earn the right to play no matter who it's against. I was very pleased with the lads' application. Hopefully that'll give us some confidence as we scored some good goals.
"We were very professional, which is something we told we wanted from them before."
