Hungarian International signs for Reds
Hungarian international Akos Buzsaky has signed for the Reds on loan until December 31st, 2012, from League One Portsmouth.
The 30-year-old, who has 20 caps for Hungary, joins Marcus Tudgay, Jonathan Greening and Emile Sinclair at Oakwell in a week of transfer flurry.
Akos began his career with MTK Hungaria but has plied his trade in England ever since joining Plymouth from Porto in 2005.
In over two and a half seasons on the south coast he made over a century of appearances before QPR snapped him up in October 2007. He again surpassed a century of appearances, this time with the R’s, and helped himself to a couple of goals against the Reds in the process.
He left QPR at the end of last season and has been a regular in Portsmouth’s midfield in League One.
