Ramage Extends Reds Stay

3 January 2015

Barnsley Football Club is delighted to confirm defender Peter Ramage has extended his stay at Oakwell until the end of the current season.

The 31-year-old has made 15 appearances so far this season, scoring twice, with his current loan deal from Crystal Palace set to end after today's game with Middlesbrough.

"It was always something in the back of my mind to do when I first came here, to be honest," said Ramage.

"This was the only place I really wanted to stay.

"I've had a really good time here and I hope there are more memories to come. I get on with the fans, I get on with the players and the staff. It's just a right fit for me at this stage of my career."
