The Barnsley striker has made 18 appearances for the Reds scoring twice. Rose played last week in the Reds opening league fixture against Crawley.
Last season he joined David Flitcroft's side on loan scoring three times in six appearances during April.
He joins the Shakers ahead of their away league fixture at Hartlepool.
