Reds Captain Martin Cranie has been ruled out for a minimum of three weeks after suffering a hamstring tear.
The centre-half was withdrawn from Tuesday night's defeat against Leicester after just 20 minutes following a challenge he made in the Barnsley box.
Whilst speaking to the press this afternoon, Wilson said, "He's got a tear in his hamstring from the tackle the other night. He'll be out for quite a few weeks - about three weeks I would expect."
Meanwhile, on-loan defender Peter Ramage has also been sidelined due to a hamstring injury, but Wilson confirmed his injury 'isn't as bad as Martin's' but will know more of the extent later this week.
