BE RED: Reading

16 September 2016

Grab your copy of our official matchday programme tomorrow!

We have another jam-packed edition of BE RED for you tomorrow, as the Reds entertain Reading at Oakwell. It’s game eight of the EFL Sky Bet Championship season and our first home fixture for what seems an eternity. Get down to watch your Club tomorrow and pick up your copy of the official matchday programme!

We have included in one copy a signed photo of Reds ‘keeper Adam Davies from the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final victory at Wembley. Will you be the lucky owner of that memorabilia?

This weekend’s big interview is with Sam Winnall. He tells us about the ‘fairytale’ that was last season while expressing just how much he appreciates the support of the Barnsley fans.
Sam is also this week’s squad representative in our ‘Stoppage Time’ quiz where a Reds player goes to head-to-head with a supporter in our football quiz. The fans lead 2-1 so far, can Sam pull the players level?

We have our usual columns from the Gaffer and Skipper, reports on all our recent games, a lowdown on our visitors from Berkshire and an exclusive article from former Reds stopper turned journalist David Preece

There is the popular ‘Fans Blog’ by Neil Richardson which is a rather poignant piece on this occasion, Ian McMillan’s regular column and this weekend’s member of the 1996/97 promotion squad to reminisce about that special campaign for our ‘It’s Just Like Watching Brazil’ feature is defender Adi Moses

All this and more in an action-packed edition of BE RED!

Make sure you pick up your copy for £3 from around the stadium tomorrow or from the Reds Superstore!
