2016/17 Season Ticket Holders are invited to take part and make history again at Oakwell on Sunday 31st July!
Following the success of last year’s event, we are delighted that our ‘Biggest Team Photo’ will return for 2016! Last year almost 1000 Reds fans joined the first team players and coaching staff as we captured our largest squad photo ever, and this year we are aiming to go even bigger! To allow as many supporters as possible to get involved in this historic event, this year’s ‘Biggest Team Photo’ will coincide with our annual Club Open Day this Sunday 31st July.
This year’s Open Day will be packed full of exciting activities for Reds fans young and old to enjoy. We’ll have interviews with first team players and coaching staff, a fun fair on the East Stand Car Park, Human Table Football, the Dearne FM Roadshow, and much, much more! We’ll also have the Johnstone’s Paint and Play-Off Final trophies on display with fans able to get photographs with the Club’s latest pieces of silverware! Fans will also get to meet the entire first team squad for photos and autographs, including for the very first time, new summer signings Tom Bradshaw, George Moncur, Elliot Lee, Andy Yiadom, Stefan Payne and Ryan Kent!
The Biggest Team Photo will provide an extra opportunity for fans to get up close with their footballing heroes and pick up a memento like no other.
All Barnsley FC supporters who have renewed or purchased a Season Ticket for the 2016/17 Season are now invited to take part and sit alongside the full first team squad for what will be the biggest team photo in our history!
The exclusive photograph will be captured in the C.K Beckett South Stand on the day of the Annual Open Day and we are calling on as many supporters as possible to get involved. Everyone who takes part in 'The Biggest Team Photo' will be able to download and print a high resolution copy of the photograph from the Official Club Website. Fans are encouraged to attend wearing Club colours and will be able to gain entry to the Biggest Team Photo seating area by presenting their 2016/17 Season Ticket on the day. The exact time of the photo and a full itinerary of events for the Open Day will be communicated shortly.
