Winger signs new two-year contract at Oakwell!
Barnsley Football Club is truly delighted to announce that Adam Hammill has today signed a new two-year contract at Oakwell. The new deal will see the 2015/16 Fans Player of the Season remain with the Club until the summer of 2018.
Adam re-joined the Club back in November 2015 and went on to play an inspirational and crucial role as the Reds won the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy and secured promotion back to the Sky Bet Championship via the Play-Offs.
In his current successful spell at the Club Adam has made 34 appearances for the Reds throughout the 2015/16 Season scoring nine goals, including two spectacular strikes at Wembley Stadium which will certainly live long in the memory of Reds fans (see films below).
