Armstrong's superb debut goal against Preston nominated for the EFL Sky Bet Championship Goal Of The Month award for September!
With the Reds level in the match at 1-1, Armstrong came off the bench to make his debut for Paul Heckingbottom's side.
A superb floated ball over the top from Conor Hourihane gave the striker a chance to use his blistering pace against the Preston defence, before producing a stunning piece of skill to cut inside and curl the ball into the top corner, giving the Reds all three points.
