The young stopper has registered the most clean sheets in the division this campaign and has been rewarded with this recognition, showing how far she's come in a short space of time.
Ash won the fans vote quite comfortably with Kirstie Nicholls runner up and Jodie Gregory taking 3rd place.
The goalkeeper admits she's made huge progress this year, saying: "Going back to game one, I wasn't fit enough. And I wasn't as confident. I used to have panic attacks.
"To now, I'm much fitter, I have grown into the role and got used to the environment. We've all come such a long way thanks to Jess (Horsley) and Lynn Goodman (assistant coach)."
