Forest arrive at Oakwell in fifth position and have nine first-team injuries, but Reds boss Wilson insists Saturday's visitors will still have quality all over the pitch.
"There'll be quality in every position against us," said Danny.
"They have a strong squad to choose from, regardless of the injuries.
"Where we are we feel that they're beatable. I'd say that about any team that have come here. On our day we can beat anyone.
"When you've got a team that carries as many quality players as Forest do. Even though they've got a spate of injuries they'll still be able to replace them with quality."
Jim O'Brien has recovered from illness and may be included this weekend, but striker Marcus Pedersen was apparently withdrawn from Norway Under 23s' match on Wednesday after picking up a knock.
"We'll see how we are when we get our lads back off international duty," said Danny. "Marcus Pedersen took a knock for Norway Under 23s. But after last week we'd be foolish not to consider changing it. We are going to react but not overreact.
"It's gone. We can't do anything about it. We have to move on. We've got such a big game in front of us at the weekend now, we have to concentrate on that.
Forest arrive in search of a play-off spot at the very least but table-toppers Leicester visit Oakwell next Tuesday as well.
